Purchasing and delivery experience was good, I made use of a Black Friday discount code to buy a bridal set - earnings and necklace. Unfortunately the necklace was too short and didn’t suit me so I had to return it. Returns process was smooth and quick, I used the website instructions which were clear and returned the set. It was processed within days and I had my refund with only postage fee deducted (because I qualified for a free delivery originally). If there were longer similar necklaces available I’d buy again as I liked the quality.

I bought this set for my wedding. The photos do not do it justice - they are absolutely beautiful and I’m gutted I have to wait an entire year before I can wear them! I don’t want to brag, but I look like a princess in them. I love them!
